This website belongs to İkon Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., which trades as İkon Dental ("İkon", "we"). Its pages explain treatments in general terms. They do not replace an examination, and nothing on them is a diagnosis or a promise of a particular result.
Which treatment suits you, how many visits it needs and how long it takes can only be decided by a dentist who has examined you and your X-rays. A first opinion based on photos you send us is a starting point, not a diagnosis.
2. Your treatment plan and price
We do not publish prices on this website. After you send us photos or an X-ray, you receive your options and a price range. The treatment you will have and its final price are confirmed in your written treatment plan, after a dentist has examined you at the clinic. That written plan prevails over anything on this website.
3. What the pictures on this website show
- Treatment photos of smiling people are illustrative images, not patients. They do not show the result of a treatment at İkon.
- The step-by-step 3D illustrations on the treatment pages explain how a treatment works in general. They are not a picture of your mouth or your plan.
- The before & after cases and patient videos show real İkon patients. Every mouth is different, and your result may differ from theirs.
- Clinic photos show our own clinics in Hadımköy, Bahçeşehir and Kıraç.
4. Content and copyright
The texts, photos, videos, illustrations and logos on this website belong to İkon or are used with permission. Patient photos and videos are published with the patients' permission. You may not copy, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names and logos of equipment and material makers, such as iTero, 3Shape, Invisalign, Anthos and Dürr Dental, belong to their owners.
5. Links to other websites
Links to other websites and services, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, are there for your convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
6. Using the website
Please use this website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it or access it in an unauthorised way, and do not send us other people's personal data without their permission. We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or always online, and we may change or remove content at any time.
7. Personal data
How we handle the information you send us, including photos of your teeth and X-rays, is explained in our privacy policy.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, they do not take away any protection that mandatory law gives you.
