How can I contact İkon Dental?
You can message our international patient team on WhatsApp, call them on +90 546 690 88 10, or write to info@ikondis.com. To get a treatment plan, the simplest route is to send photos of your teeth, or a panoramic X-ray if you have one: a dentist reviews them for a free written plan.
Easy for sending photos and X-rays straight from your phone, and for quick questions.

Our international department works in English, Arabic, French and Turkish. Write in whichever you prefer.
Where are the clinics?
İkon Dental has three clinics in Istanbul, all on the European side of the city: Hadımköy in Arnavutköy, where İkon began in 2008, Bahçeşehir in Başakşehir, and Kıraç in Esenyurt. For patients travelling from abroad, our contact point is the Bahçeşehir clinic; its address and Google Maps profile are below.
If you are coming on your own, call or message us first so the team knows to expect you. See every clinic room by room on our clinics and technology page.
What happens after you send the form?
Many people hesitate before pressing send, unsure what they are signing up for. Nothing, in fact: sending the form simply starts a conversation.
- You send itYour details reach our clinic mailbox. The form sends them to info@ikondis.com and you see a confirmation page. Photos or an X-ray can follow on WhatsApp or by email.
- We read itOur international team reads your message. If something is missing, such as clear photos or an X-ray, we ask for it.
- A dentist reviewsA dentist looks at your photos or X-ray. They consider the treatment options that could suit your teeth, and note anything that needs a closer look at your examination.
- Your planYou receive a written plan in your language. It sets out your options, a price range and the days and visits you would need in Istanbul. The final plan is confirmed after your examination.
- You decideAsk your questions and take your time. There is no obligation to book. If you go ahead, your coordinator agrees dates with you before you book flights.
Your details are used only to answer your request. The full journey, from plan to treatment and aftercare, is on our international patients page.
How do I get to the clinics?
If you are coming from abroad for treatment, you do not need to find your own way from the airport. We coordinate your airport transfer and your stay with partner hotels near the clinics, and your coordinator explains the arrangements before you travel.
- Flying in: book your flights once your clinic dates are agreed, then send us your flight details so your transfer can be arranged.
- Your stay: our partner hotels near the clinics include the Sheraton Grand Istanbul Esenyurt, Days Inn by Wyndham Istanbul Esenyurt and Boris Hotel.
- Already in Istanbul? Use the map link on the Bahçeşehir card above for directions, and let us know you are coming.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about getting in touch. More are on our frequently asked questions page.
What should I include in my first message?
What you would like to change, your general health and any medication you take, and photos of your teeth or a panoramic X-ray if you have them. If you have none of these yet, just write to us and we tell you what helps.
Can I send my X-ray on WhatsApp?
Yes. A clear photo or file of your panoramic X-ray works well on WhatsApp. For larger files, email is often easier.
Does contacting you commit me to anything?
No. The first assessment is free and there is no obligation to book. You can ask as many questions as you need first.
Can I write to you in my own language?
Our international department works in English, Arabic, French and Turkish. Write in the one you prefer, and we reply in it.
Which WhatsApp number should I use?
Our international patient line, +90 546 690 88 10. The WhatsApp buttons on this site open it, and the team there arranges your assessment and your visit.
Can I visit a clinic before deciding?
If you are already in Istanbul, call or message us first and we tell you when a visit is possible. Otherwise, the free online assessment gives you a written plan before you travel.
Can I contact you about a dental emergency?
If you have severe pain, swelling or bleeding where you are now, contact a local dentist or emergency service first. This page and the form are for planning treatment, not for urgent care.
