Too much material loss in teeth that have been processed, have a very large caries area, and have been traumatized. Conventional composite fillings may not be sufficient in terms of durability and aesthetics in teeth with this type of extensive material loss. Onlay and inlay restorations are very advantageous in such cases. While onlays are restorations extending to the outer surface, inlay fillings are restorations whose borders are on the inner surface.

Implants are one of the best treatment methods in today’s dentistry, as they completely replace the existing teeth. Because when it is placed inside the existing jawbone, it completely combines with the bone and becomes a very durable structure. It creates a complete tooth structure with teeth in porcelain or zirconium structure placed on this durable structure. It offers a better solution in terms of function and aesthetics compared to the existing tooth, which is yellowed and worn, and the root surface is inflamed.

HOW TO DO?

All existing fillings, bruises and residual areas in the tooth to be restored are cleaned. Then, the structure of the relevant region is sent to the laboratory by digital or conventional measurement. In the laboratory, the restoration is prepared one-to-one with the mouth. After the prepared restoration is tried and checked in the relevant area, it is adhered with special adhesives and special materials without any gaps.
