ALL-ON-4 OR 6 TREATMENT
We use the most modern treatment methods and technological tools to detect and treat every problem in your mouth and teeth.
In completely edentulous jaws, bone loss develops due to long-term edentulism. These losses may create some risk factors for implant application. Bone loss in the upper jaw along with the sagging of the sinus cavities makes implant application difficult. Likewise, osteoporosis in the lower jaw gets very close to the area where the nerve passing through the lower jaw is located, and implant applications can be risky.
With the All-on-four technique, implants are placed at various angles and anatomical formations that may cause problems are eliminated. With four implants, the patient’s toothlessness problem is eliminated.
WHO CAN APPLY THE ALL ON FOUR-SIX TECHNIQUE?
It is a method that can be applied to individuals who have no teeth in their mouths or who need to have all their teeth removed. This method can be applied if the conditions are suitable by examining both bone structure and anatomical tissues with radiographs. After the implant is placed and the sutures are removed, a temporary prosthesis is made for the patients. The patient uses these prostheses for an average of 3 months for the implants to fully fuse with the bone. After the healing is completed, the patient’s permanent prosthesis procedures are performed and the treatment is completed.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS TECHNIQUE?
• Less extra surgical procedures are performed by avoiding anatomical borders.
• Since fewer implants are applied, their prices are lower financially.
• Since there is no need for operations such as bone graft (graft) and sinus tissue removal, the procedures are completed in a shorter time.
• It is advantageous in terms of aesthetics and being able to eat and drink, as temporary prosthesis can be applied immediately approximately 1-2 weeks after the operation.
• The patient will have a more comfortable tooth that cannot be removed. It is a good alternative for patients who do not want to use a palate holder.
